Free Plants! Sunday, June 22, 12 pm, at the Howell Collective

In celebration of National Pollinator Week, the Howell Collective P-Patch will be giving away free plants this Sunday, June 22, at 12 pm.
We will have an assortment of native plants, flowers, and herbs to give away, as well as some flower seed packets, on a first come, first serve basis, rain or shine. We’ll have about 400 plants to give away, plants like hyssop, basil, verbena, mint, sunflower, salvia, cornflower, calendula, borage, parsley, yarrow, etc.
If you have any plants to share, please bring them to give away.
We’ll have a portable letterpress on site where you can press your own seed packets and learn a little about the letterpress process (the process by which we make our collectible plant cards).

The Howell Collective is located on Capitol Hill at 1514 E Howell St, 98122.

Feel free to forward this on to friends.
This free plant nursery project is a collaboration of Howell Collective gardeners, the Hypha Free Nursery, and Lambert House youth and has been funded in part by the Seattle Dept. of Neighborhoods.
